GUARANTEE/REFUND POLICY One of the main things that Iorio Fine Jewellery does differently than almost every other retailer is that we don't mark up our items by 400% and then "negotiate" a deal where you get 50% off the fudged price. Instead, our every day price is not inflated and is truly the lowest price around...we guarantee it. So, if you enjoy haggling and spending too much money on jewellery, shop around to the other stores. If you want the best value and hassle-free shopping for the lowest price, please let us know how we can be of service. To prove how serious we are about our value prices and quality we offer the following guarantees: Lower Price Guarantee If you find an item identical to one purchased at J&M in another retail jewellery store, we will refund the difference plus 10% -- up to 30 days from the time of purchase (subject to an independent gemologist's appraisal). Quality Guarantee We provide written proof of quality for all diamonds we sell. If, within 30 days of purchase, an independent GIA gemologist's appraisal does not indicate AT LEAST the same grade,we will refund the full purchase plus the cost of the appraisal. Satisfaction Guarantee If, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase, you are not completely satisfied, return this item to us for a full credit against any other jewellery in our inventory (exceptions being special orders, watches, custom work, clearance items, or "final sale" merchandise).
